Policy and Procedure Statements

The Cafeteria is located on the second floor of Welborn Hall and will accommodate approximately 900 people. The Cafeteria serves a full menu of entrees, salads, vegetables, desserts, as well as homemade soups, and sandwiches. There are three serving lines and a variety of food bars, including The Lite Side, Chick-Fil-A, WrApps?, and Noodle Works

The Bake Shop, located in the Cafeteria, offers a variety of special occasion items such as cakes, pies, cookies, etc.

Operating Schedule - The hours of operation correspond with the school calendar (holidays, spring and fall breaks, and the semester's end). The Appalachian Calendar contains additional information pertaining to the operating hours of the Cafeteria. Hours of service are posted at the entrance to all dining rooms.
