The Cascades Cafe features hand-dipped ice cream in 20 flavors, served in cones, shakes, sundaes, and banana splits. The Cascades Cafe also doubles as a retail bakery specializing in homemade pastries, sweet rolls, doughnuts, cookies, and breads.
