The Cafeteria is located on the second floor of Welborn Hall and will accommodate approximately 900 people. The Cafeteria serves a full menu of entrees, salads, vegetables, desserts, as well as homemade soups, and sandwiches. There are three serving lines and a variety of food bars, including The Lite Side, Chick-Fil-A, WrApps?, and Noodle Works

Operating Schedule - The hours of operation correspond with the school calendar (holidays, spring and fall breaks, and the semester's end). 4.1 The Central Dining Hall

The Central Dining Hall opened in January 2009. It features numerous units that offer different kinds of meals, snacks, desserts - all prepared under the watchful eye of the dining hall's Chef on staff.

The Central Dining Hall is home to both the Rivers Street Cafe and Sanford Commons.

4.1.1 River's Street Cafe

River's Street Cafe contains numerous unique and delicious dining concepts. Open Monday - Thursday for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Friday for breakfast and lunch. The following are available at River's Street Cafe:

  • Fire Side Pizza - offers hand tossed pizza baked in a brick oven.
  • The Fresh Market - is an island of fresh ingredients where students create their own salads, add fixings to hot baked potatoes or baked sweet potatoes and enjoy fresh homemade soups.
